Age Verification: zo777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended pending verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

Account Responsibilities
As a registered member of zo777, you accept the following ongoing responsibilities
in relation to your account:
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zo777 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

- No Account Transfer: Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Section 05
Deposits & Withdrawals
zo777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL Bank Transfer,
UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. The
following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you specifically hold a USDT sub-wallet, in which case the USD equivalent applies to that sub-wallet only.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 100 via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are specified in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may be requested only to payment methods that are registered under your verified zo777 account. zo777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All gaming activity on zo777 is subject to the following rules and standards:

- Accessing zo777 from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools.

Intellectual Property
All content on the zo777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name,
logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, website design, graphics, text, software
code, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of zo777 or its
licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your access to zo777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment
purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify,
publicly display, or create derivative works from any zo777 content without express
written permission. Any unauthorised use of zo777's intellectual property will be
treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, zo777 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits zo777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or
death or personal injury caused by zo777's negligence, to the extent such limitation
would be unlawful.
Player funds on zo777 are held in segregated accounts independent of company operating capital. This means your deposited balance is ring-fenced and not used for platform operations, providing an additional layer of financial protection for all registered members.
Section 11
Account Suspension & Closure
zo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account
at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or payment method verification documents when requested.
- Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the account.
- Receipt of a credible third-party report that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
